At the end of 2019, the team will move into its new offices
After ten years of living in premises that were practical but temporary, it was time for téïcée to have a building that met its needs and could accommodate its teams in the best possible conditions. Here's a look back...
October 2007
the adventure began in an office at the Emergence business incubator in Caen, under the name SIF, with two people Aurélien Bonanni and Emmanuel Matter on board.
2010
téïcée is born with the arrival of a third person, Philippe Chauvatagain at the Émergence business incubator.
Years rich in encounters during which téïcée grows by working alongside other companies who often face the same issues.
The company has grown from three people to four. We're cramped for space.
Five, six people, this time we really need more space.
2011
accommodation at Émergence is coming to an end, téïcée now has to stand on its own two feet and is setting up shop in the Forques industrial estate in Bretteville-sur-Odon.
The premises boast a large surface area, with three attractive offices, an open-plan room, a dining room/kitchen, storage space, etc., so you can look to the future with confidence.
The team continues to grow and the future is fast approaching. These offices, initially too large, are now becoming too small.
The Tetris game of office layout was reaching its limits - the walls couldn't be pushed out. The decision was made to move. téïcée will have its own premises.
De recherche en recherche, ne trouvant rien de satisfaisant, il devient évident que la solution est de faire construire un bâtiment adapté aux besoins.
The choice fell on the brand new Koenig district of Bretteville sur Odon. The former military barracks.
October 2019
téïcée arrive dans ses nouveaux locaux, au 153 rue Geraldine Mock à Bretteville sur Odon.
A beautiful timber-framed building equipped with photovoltaic panels, spacious, bright and adaptable, with a plot of land studded with fruit trees... and a lovely south-facing terrace, because you also need to know how to enjoy yourself.
