About the FNMJI

The National Federation of Independent Judicial Agents for the Protection of Adults (FNMJI) is a 1901 law association with its registered office in Nîmes and which brings together associations of Judicial Agents for the Protection of Adults (MJPM) practicing in an individual capacity. To date, it brings together nearly 1,000 judicial representatives spread across the country.
The purpose of the FNMJI is in particular to represent and defend the interests and needs of the profession of MJPM practicing in an individual capacity before the national authorities. The FNMJI is also a training organization.

“The order of March 25 imposes rules on us”

Like any association, the FNMJI It is required by statute to organize its proceedings annually. With the COVID-19 pandemic and the health emergency in France, the FNMJI was authorized, according to the order of 25 March 2020, to hold its statutory bodies in a dematerialized manner subject to compliance with legal provisions. The FNMJI thus sought a software solution that would enable it to ensure, remotely, its General Meeting and its Board of Directors, thus guaranteeing compliance with very strict legal constraints. “ We needed advanced features like participant authentication, login sheets and voting ”, says Gaëlle Hourdebaigt, a lawyer at the FNMJI, « and the search for an existing online voting solution that meets all needs has been in vain. We have therefore drafted a specification that we submitted to téïcée, host of our website. ” continues Gaëlle.

The success of this project opens up many opportunities for FNMJI for functional supplements and téïcée will be a privileged interlocutor for the FNMJI ” concludes Gaëlle Hourdebaigt.

A subsequent survey, carried out by the FNMJI, revealed that 93% of the participants were satisfied with the solution implemented. And when we ask her about the remaining 7%, Gaëlle Hourdebaigt specifies that it is the people who prefer that the instances be held in person. The platform set up for the FNMJI can accommodate 250 simultaneous video participants, which is more than enough for the expected needs. It would be enough to increase the resources of the platform to go further. The application itself, built on free software bricks, is totally ready to receive more and more participants.

· voting, anonymous or not, with specific weightings depending on the type of vote, immediate legibility of the results of the vote with management of proxies
· the preparation of registration sheets and the registration of instances.
