The company <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> a ensured the installation of the filtering box and also provided the dashboard that allows to manage users and their account, to define the different filtering profiles and also to report statistics. <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> also played a role of technical support and training with our interlocutor. Chantal Quentin-Fizelier seems to have particularly appreciated the quality of the support, especially during the installation of the filter boxes. <em>The installation of the 7 boxes was really well done and I salute the patience of the technician and the professionalism he showed\u2026 I really felt comfortable and confident and today all EPNs work and work very well. So no regrets about choosing <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Making the local economy work is part of my values<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The work of <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> It therefore appears to have established a lasting relationship of trust. Today, this leads to a renewed partnership<br>between the <strong>CAF<\/strong> Calvados and t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e. But Chantal Quentin-Fizelier also mentioned other reasons that convinced him to continue his collaboration<br>despite a call for competition. In addition to the cost that remains advantageous compared to the competition and the desire to keep a solution that perfectly meets the needs of the <strong>CAF<\/strong>, Chantal Quentin-Fizelier is also committed to continuing to work with a local company.<br>\u00ab <em>Making the local economy work, yes, that's part of my values\u2026 Since COVID, we have seen a return to proximity and I think that's great. Why go outside the department and get what you find there?\u201d For our interlocutor the proximity is reassuring because it gives the opportunity to meet his collaborator. \u201cwell yes, if i have a problem with a box, for example... I can come quickly we're not far. I think that's a big advantage.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00a0\u00bb <em>The technician really put me at ease<\/em> \u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>When <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> has proceeded to renew the filtering device that has become obsolete, once again the simplicity of the installation and the quality support seems to have hit the mark with Chantal Quentin-Fizelier who again praises the work of the technicians of <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong>. \u00ab <em>I repeat, I am not a computer scientist and in this matter I do not always understand at first but my interlocutor showed patience, pedagogy\u2026 he really put me in confidence (\u2026) I had a really top interlocutor and I thank him for that.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>A need for reliable and stable statistics provided by our EPN<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>To conclude, Chantal Quentin-Fizelier would like to emphasize the importance for her of collecting reliable statistics. She explains everything<br>the challenge in these terms \u201c <em>the <strong>CAF<\/strong> has a social action policy. It supports associations in the department of Calvados. So it's true that we don't give subsidies like that without having a return on the activity that is produced. The <strong>CAF<\/strong> this is public money, so we have to justify to the euro ready <\/em>\u201d For Chantal Quentin-Fizelier it is therefore essential to handle consolidated and reliable data and she would like the statistics provided by the EPNs to be more stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She hopes that a user club around EPN Normands will be created. Chantal Quentin-Fizelier sees many advantages such as the possibility to meet other EPN managers, the possibility to exchange around the tool, around how to animate the space and how to manage users. She also sees a good way to raise expectations and propose improvements.
