Our interlocutor, Sylvain Deniau, head of the foundation's information system, adds that it \u201c <em>to date, it has 124 establishments and services in 12 regions, i.e. around 6,500 employees.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201ct\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e accompanies us 100%\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> collaborates with the foundation in the realization of an application for the Information System Directorate. Sylvain Deniau explains that \u201c <em>It is a repository for gathering all the technical information specific to the foundation's institutions<\/em> \u00bb. He adds here \u201c <em>it is a project from scratch on va dire, which starts from scratch and on which we have established specifications\u2026<strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> supports us 100% on the project in terms of development, support, software modeling, ergonomics as well... <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> done everything from start to finish. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>A long-standing collaboration, started on ambitious projects<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Sylvain Deniau would like to point out that the collaboration between <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> and <strong>Fondation Partage &amp; Vie<\/strong> It is not new and has already focused first on the Pilot Directory project, including an audit of the OpenSource infrastructure, and then on the Sick Call project, ambitious and complex projects that have made it possible to establish a relationship of trust. \u201c <em>Although the work around the \u2018Call sick\u2019 project has progressed well on the entire software part and <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> proposed a viable platform<\/em> \u2019, physical and interoperability issues \u2014 which did not concern <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong>, comme tient \u00e0 le pr\u00e9ciser Sylvain Deniau \u2014 ont finalement d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur l\u2019abandon de ce projet. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, ce dernier a initi\u00e9, entre <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> and the foundation, a relationship of trust. \u201c<em> When I came here two years ago, <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> accompanied a collaborator in the development of the reference framework I spoke about earlier. <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> at the time was there only as accompaniment and support<\/em> \u00bb<br>When that person left the foundation, he made the choice not to replace him and to take <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> as the main provider in the development of this application.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201ct\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e is a driving force in the way things are seen!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>By opting for <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong>Sylvain Deniau is convinced of this choice and has no doubt that he benefits from the advantages of an entire development team compared to an in-house developer who is isolated and does not have the same resources: \u201c <em>Our core business is care and so here at the IT department, we are not necessarily meant to do development.<br>The difficulty for us is to have a single developer. It is indeed complicated because he cannot confront his ideas and then when he is blocked, he is alone.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A provider like <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> brings not only all the skills but also all the resources that allow beyond, to go beyond the purely technical framework \" <em>it's a wealth! Because <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> has a lot of applications for many different environments, it has an added value on having a very wide spectrum and dealing with many different subjects which makes that <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> is driving force in the proposal of ergonomics, in the way of seeing things.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI really appreciate the quality of the work and the accuracy of the load\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The quality of the working relationship with <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> is a strong point on which Sylvain Deniau particularly insists.<br>The technical team is, in his opinion, made up of professional people, involved and anxious to do well \u201c <em>I really appreciate the quality of the work and the accuracy of the load. That is, at no time <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> won't allow, for example, five days for a task that isn't worth it\u2026<br>it really strengthens the relationship of trust<\/em> \u00bb<br>But using an external service provider can also have some drawbacks, as Sylvain Deniau explains here \u201c <em>The difficulty lies in the availability of the resource\u2026 the workload is significant on the t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e side as well as ours and it does not move as fast as we want<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe are thinking about a way of collaboration between governance and a la carte delivery\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>But <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> est \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute et la discussion est \u00e0 ce sujet pleinement ouverte.<br>Moreover, the foundation and <strong>t\u00e9\u00efc\u00e9e<\/strong> think together to find a solution capable of optimizing this collaboration.
